Monthly Bookkeeping Services
We provide monthly bookkeeping services using Xero and QuickBooks Online. This involves transaction entry and reconciliations for credit card and bank accounts. We also provide Sales Tax filings. Monthly financial statements available upon request.
This service ensures that your books are clean and presentable, a must have for tax filings, applying for financing and business management.
Tutoring
We offer tutoring for new bookkeepers or small business owners who do their own bookkeeping. This is individually focused and is guided by the clients' needs. This is good for folks who are new to bookkeeping, have run into specific problems, or need a review of their processes.
We utilize Xero and QuickBooks Online, and tutoring sessions work best within these platforms.
Each session is 2 hours and is performed via Zoom.
Additional Bookkeeping Services
Our services can be contracted on a project-by-project basis. This can include Xero or QuickBooks Online setup, reconstruction of data from a prior period, trouble shooting and review.
We also provide Year End Reviews, which include a summary of recommendations.
